Especially For Youth- Salt Lake

Jaden and Kody attended EFY in Salt Lake City.  Kody had a tough time relaxing and fitting in, but they both had a spritual week.  Kody had a spiritual experience one night.  He was feeling insecure at one of the dances, and was sitting outside on the steps.  He called me and I told him to use this time to pray and try to feel closer to the spirit and then forget himself and think of others and get inside and dance.  He got off the phone and said a prayer and had the strongest impression that his Heavenly Father loved him and that he was a son of God.  When he got home he was talking to Kimball and she said she had said a prayer for him while he was gone that he would feel Heavenly Fathers love for him.  He asked when it was, and it was at the same moment he had had felt it so strongly sitting outside the dance.
