Happy 11th Birthday Taylor

Image
Taylor invited some friends to join her at "The Grip" for her birthday. Taylor is such a kind and loving person that friends just flock to her. We are so blessed to have her in our family!! Happy Birthday Taylor.

Statue

Hinckley cracks me up! We go every 3 months to see you diabetic doctor, and every time she wants to eat lunch in the hospital cafeteria. There is a hall we pass that is filled with paintings. This last week as we walked through, Hinckley stopped me, set down her stuff and jumped up into an empty arch and posed like a statue. It took me a minute to figure out what she was doing. Love that girls imagination!

Pierced Ears

Taylor got her ears pierced for her birthday. She is such a  beautiful young woman, inside and out!

The Temple finally!

Image
Logan lived with us for a few months this summer and worked for Garrett as he was preparing for his mission. We were so pirveleged when he invited us to be with him when he went through the temple for the first time. It had been almost a year since we had gone with the temples being shut down due to covid. Only those doing their own personal work are admitted now. I sat in the endowment room holding back the tears of gratitude as we waited to begin. I miss the peace and power of the temple so much. Logan will be a wondeful missionary. We used the weekend as a getaway as well, and Garrett and I had fun spending some alone time together. Kimball and Ben are always so wonderful to watch the girls while we are away. They have such a fun time together.

Preference

Brooklyn asked kody to preference. They got to fly in an airplane, had a 50's style dinner and enjoy the dance and a bonfire after. I think Kody had a good time although he kind of acted a little depressed after. Maybe a low after a high.

Girls Night Out
