Wastlund Family

I was lucky enough to get to go to New York with Kimball and some other friends and parents in her  dance group.  We started out already sleep deprived having to be to the bus at 3:00 in the morning.  We were so excited though that we didn't care! The Bus was Freezing! At the Airport in Vegas heading to New York.  The plane ride was 5 hrs and we tried to sleep with no success.   Once we arrived in New York WE waited about 45 minutes for our bus to arrive.  We made goof use of the time as you can see. We traveled by bus to the Hilton Hotel which was off of Time Square and central to everything.  And as you can see we had an amazing view from our room.  The only mishap was Kimball leaving her phone complete with debit card and license on the bus!!!  We searched everywhere hoping she just dropped is somewhere between the bus and our room but it was gone.  We said and prayer and felt at peace and were able to enjoy the rest of our evening.

It has always been my dream to have a cabin in Pine Valley.  We are working toward buying a lot right now.  lightning struck near there and Pine Valley mountain is in flames.  So far they have kept the blaze away from the town, but we are all praying for rain,

The little girls and I had a great time on out girls day.  We went to he Children's Museum,  Splash pad/river, had a picnic lunch and rode the carousel.  I love having daughters...future best friends!
