Crazy Hair Day

Not sure what is crazier, her face or her hair?! I love this girl!

Trunk or Treat!

Image
This was our first ever "Trunk or Treat." What a blast!  I am so glad our new ward makes this an annual event.    This is the same Snow White costume Kimball wore.  Grace is so excited that she finally fits it.  Eating soup with grandpa and daddy.  Taylor will not have anything to do with a "Girlie Costume." She wanted to be batman, but settled for a cheetah.  Hinckley followed the dogs around all night  That's a good looking Little Red Riding Hood Hinckley liked helping mommy pass out candy!  My soup even won an award. "First soup gone."

Way to go Grace!

We are so proud of Grace for choosing to be kind! We are so blessed to have her in our family!

Hinckley Victoria is one year old!

This little cutie had her first Birthday on the 26th of September.  She is not only walking but running and dancing(more like a bounce).  She is also climbing, AHHHHH!  If you ever leave a chair pulled out and leave for a second you walk back in and she is one the table!  She sleeps from 7:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and naps once a day for a few hours. She loves food as long as mom doesn't feed it to her (she has to do it all by herself), bottles(We are in the process of switching to sipper cups), to sing and to be outside. She can say "ma ma, da da, ba ba, thank you, bye bye, hi, Jaden, No, and night night.

Growing Up!

Image
I looked over during dinner the other night and Kody was eating SPINACH pizza of his own free will! He has decided lately that he is going to get healthy and has been forcing himself to eat healthy things he hates. He is determined to be an all star basketball player! Funny...If you ever wonder why Kody's arm will suddenly shoot into the air, it is because he is constantly practicing his form for a shot!

Halloween Fun!

Image
Pack Meeting  I was one of 5 parents that volunteered for this game.  Not Fun! Although the boys had fun laughing at me. Rod's Halloween Birthday Party Katie planned a fun party with Halloween themed food, games and decor for Rod's 1st birthday! Pumpkin Carving The girls and I had a fun time carving pumpkins.  Kimball wasn't feeling well, and the boys would rather be playing basketball with dad. I think we did a pretty good job!

Can't I Drive Yet?!

Image
Kimball is not quite 14 and is already car obsessed.  She has a fund that she has started for her first car, and has her daddy take her out every Saturday he can to practice driving .  This will be the only texting and driving kimball will be allowed to do!

Miss you Mom!

Today marked one year since my mom's passing.  One of the things I miss most about not having her here is her friendship.  Being able to call her any time I wanted to talk to her about things that no one else would care about but her.  Well, my friend SuLynn remembered this day and gave me this plaque. She must have known how I needed a friend today!  The tender mercies of the Lord. SO thankful for good friends and family.  The year went so fast.  Heaven will be here before I know it and we will be together again! I love this picture of my mom because Taylor reminds me so much of her.  Same big blue eyes, imagination and spunky personality! My Dad, Daniel, Katie and her boys, and me and the little girls went to Cedar City today to visit mom.  Dad had flowers and butterflies to decorate her grave.  We then went to lunch and enjoyed being together.  What would I do without family in my life! Miss you mom, see you soon!

A Disney Halloween!

Image
Garrett took our family, Grandpa Woodstock, and Grandpa and Grandma Wastlund to Disneyland this week!  Breckan and Josh's family even came along. Getting ready to leave We attended Mickey's Halloween Party the first night.  All the other park members have to leave at 6:00 and only those with tickets to the party can be in the park from 6-11.  Trick or treating, an awesome parade and firework show, Disney characters all dressed up in their costumes, and walking on to every ride! I would definitely go again! We stayed at the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel.  LOVED IT!  This was our view of the "World of Colors" show every evening. The hotel had a video room for the kids, an arcade, swimming pool with water slide and with concierge service we always had food, snacks and drinks to take into the park.  California Adventure  This is as close as we could get to most of
