Church at the Historic Pine Valley Chapel

It was fast and testimony meeting, and I will never forget the testimony of a middle aged gentleman.  He said he just had a desire one day to take his boat out on the lake and check it out.  As he pulled up to the lake, he noticed a woman from his ward sitting all alone on a rock all ready to go with her life jacket on.  He stopped and she exclaimed "I knew someone would come."  She had found out that day that her husband of 30 yrs and been having an affair.  She was devastated and prayed to the Lord and said "the only thing that will make me happy right now is to go wake boarding."  So she got ready and drove down to the lake and hoped that someone would take her.  She had not been sitting for more than 20 seconds on that rock waiting when this man had pulled up.  The Lord loves us!
