Hinckley Update

Hinckley is finally out of the Honeymoon stage of diabetes.  It has become a lot less scary to manage. Not as many bloodsugar drops, steadier numbers, and she is even beginning to feel when she is dropping low. She still has issues with whining when she doesn't get what she wants, but that comes with age. She just got the highest reading score of all the other 1st graders at her school, and no longer has to bring home take home books, but is allowed to choose chapter books from the library.  Grandma Wastlund says she is so smart because she will need to be to get through this disease of hers.  She was forced to grow up faster than other children and Heavenly Father is preparing her. I agree.  We love you Hinckley!
