Service during Covid-19

I received a call from grandma Amy who told me about a text she received from a friend of hers that works at Red Cliffs Rehab. The residents are getting depressed because they are confined to their rooms 24/7 with no visitors. This is to avoid exposure to Covid 19 germs. They don’t even interact with other residents. They are so lonely! The kids are not allowed in, but cards are.  She gave me the idea to invite the youth of our ward to help by making cards or festive art/wall decor would help them feel less forgotten. Being of service might also make our youth feel proactive during this difficult time. So many have donated! I will deliver any cards/posters/art that is left on my doorstep to various nursing homes throughout the area.
