Track Meet

We all got our first sunburns of the season watching and participating in the school track meet. Kimball and Jaden both did awesome, but were ready to get home and out of the heat.

Jaden got first place in the 50, but since he is only in second grade it was just a practice for the real thing next year. Good thing, because he ran out of his lane and would have been disqualified. Now he knows. The thing he liked the most was eating lunch with mom, Grace and Taylor.

Kimball is a pro now, and had fun spending time with her friends. She opted to stay at school after so she could hang out longer, even though they had to clean classrooms.

And then there's Grace. She wanted her hair done just like Kimball's.
She just got into everyone's lunches and ate the entire time. Good thing her friend Cody was there to keep her company.
