Kimball were very blessed because grandma Wastlund had a friend who was looking for someone to rent out her basement apartment, and because she loves grandma so much she told her she would rent it to her for $500 a month. It is old and small, but a great starter home, and you can't find rentals that cheap in St. George. Grandma and Grandpa did a lot to fix it up for them before they moved in too. It is on North Main Street just a few houses up from the St. George Opera House. They can walk down Main street for all the street fairs and movies in the park. Free Date nights!
