Europe Day 4- Off to Croatia

We took a shuttle back to the Frankfurt airport and got a flight to Croatia.  Garrett was speaking Croatian like a pro again and made a friend in the airport.

We finally made it to Zagreb.  It took us forever to find the flat we had rented for the weekend. 

We visited Garrett's old mission home, and tried some of his favorite foods from his mission. In Europe you must ask for water, and it is bottled to look like wine.  I never knew what I would be drinking when I took the first sip.

Parking is a nightmare in Zagreb.  We were not there 3 hours and had a parking ticket.   We decided not to stay in Zagreb and to drive to the coast that first night.  We arrived in Zadar around 11 p.m.
