YW- Budgeting and Bloating

We gave the girls a budget of $5 and told them to shop and buy everything they would need to prepare a meal using all of the food groups.  It was very eye opening for them to realize how much everything really does cost.  They did awesome though, and only spent $4.54, and had a very filling meal with extra ingredients. We then went back to my house and they prepared the food.  I also made them a "How To" recipe book to take with them on their missions and to college.
