A "Wicked" Weekend!

This trip has been planned since Kimball got her YW Recognition Award. As a special treat for working so hard she got a weekend in Salt Lake relaxing, shopping, eating out and getting to see "Wicked. " Luckily for her and I, her friend Casidee got her award too so we each got a friend to join us. Thanks for the fun weekend SuLynn and Casidee!

My friend Laura gave us a gift for the trip filled with chocolate and green nail polish. We painted our nails green for the show.

My Dad treated us to dinner at "The Roof" before the show. AMAZING!!! The view was incredible and every thing I put in my mouth was the best I have ever eaten.

Wicked

After Dinner we walked down the street to the Capital Theater. If you can't tell we were pretty excited.

The show was fabulous and the main characters had amazing voices!

I got two extra tickets and gave them to my dad for Christmas. Jace flew out from Texas to go with dad to the show. It was so fun to have them there!

Shopping!

It was so nice shopping without our husbands and children. We just took our time, and really shopped all day for 2 days.

If you have not been to Sheels you should go! They are kind of pricey, but you can find some amazing deals. The best part is the atmosphere. Indoor ferris wheel, tons of photo ops, and interactive thing to do.
