4th of July

Katie came and spent the day before the 4th and helped with the house and kids while I caught up on my school work.  Best Sister Ever!!!  We went shopping after I submitted my assignments, and I couldn't find a 4th of July wreath anywhere so... Katie helped me make one!  Garrett is making me some wooden stars for it so we stuck on foam for now, but I think it is adorable.

 Since my Aunt Brenda, Uncle Richie and his wife Gloria were staying with us, we stayed home and barbecued.

 Our neighborhood had so many fireworks going on, we didn't need to go down to the stadium for the big firework show.  Everywhere you looked someone was letting off fireworks.  Some I am sure were not legal!)  

 My cousins even made it over to see their dad while he was here.

I am so blessed to live in a free country and am so thankful for all those that help to keep us safe!
