Special Moments

Kimball allowed her dad and I to be with her last night as she received her patriarchal blessing.  She is only 12 and the patriarch was quite surprised by her maturity for her age.  She has been fasting and preparing for months now and as was evident from her amazing blessing, she was ready! What a beautiful, spiritual experience.  It was so humbling listening to our Heavenly Father's words to our daughter, and realizing, she is not our daughter, she is His! We have just been privileged enough to be her stewards here on this Earth.  I am so thankful for this choice daughter of God, and the blessings she brings into our lives and will bring into the lives of those around her throughout her life. What a blessing to know that Heavenly Father knows her so well, and is preparing her to accomplish his plan for her!
