Going Home

My mom is home!  She wanted so bad to leave the hospital and to be with her family, even knowing that going home meant going home to her Heavenly Father.  She is ready, and we are enjoying our final days with mom.  I even introduced her to her new granddaughter Hinckley Victoria who is named for her.  I can only hope she grows up to be as wonderful as her grandma!

Grandma insisted that Taylor wear a hat just like hers!:)

On one of our visits to the Huntsman Cancer Institute we had to drive through a terrible storm.  Just when the storm became almost more than we could handle and we thought we might have to pull over, it ended, and the most beautiful rainbow appeared. This brought me so much peace, thinking of the terrible storm my mother had been facing for the last 4 months, and knowing that the storm will soon pass, and she will be returning to our Heavenly Father.  She too will be beautiful among the heavens!

Isn't it a blessing to know where we go after here. Your mom has always been a heavenly being even here on earth! She is defininetly going home! Give her my love!
How wonderful to be home and enjoy these precious moments, tender mercies, with your mother. Been thinking about you! You all are in my prayers.

Praying for you all always. I'm glad to have skyped with her recently even though we didn't really get to have a conversation. I wish I could be there...but thank goodness for the gospel. It is comforting to know our families are forever and we will see our loved ones again. Love you guys!
