Holy Cow!

Garrett recently purchased an 1/8 of a cow for $200. They were local no hormone, grass fed cows and it came all packaged in different cuts of meat. Yummy! Well I went down to the freezer yesterday to get some ground beef out for dinner and it was thawed.  Yes...you guessed it, the freezer wasn't working!  I brought it all to the upstairs freezer. Thankfully most of it was still mostly frozen, but I thought I better cook all of the meat that was completely thawed just in case.  So I made two enchiladas( one for us, one for a neighbor), Beef stew and Spaghetti.  Turns out it was just a temperamental outlet, all fixed, and dinner is now done for a few days!
