Back in the ER again- Grace
Grace began having terrible stomach pains again in the night. She was in tears and it was bad enough we decided we better make sure it wasn't a pendecitis, or some side effect from her spinal infection. Of course it was almost midnight, so Grace and I spent the night in the ER. After a CT scan and ultrasound it was determined that she had 2 ovarian cysts and one had ruptured. We were sent home with some pain killer and anti nausea medicine and told to follow up with her OB which we did and within a month with another ultrasound found that it had resolved itself. The only concerning thing now is that she has not had a period since. We will wait one more cycle and then reach out to the dr. again. This poor little girl can't catch a break!
Side note...Grace and I didn't get home from the hospital until around 7:30 that morning and had to be to church by 10:30. We both felwe needed to go even with little sleep. McCall weeks reported her mission and the last woman she had taught shared her story and a very strong testimony. It was one of the most spiritual sacrament meetings I have atteneded and I was so thankful I made the choice to be there. I have always felt that sleep is a waste of time. Too bad our bodies beed it;).
