Aida

Playing Aida was a dream role and experience Kimball will never forget! No one could have played the part better, and both her and I were approached by the producer of Tuacahn, and the directors of Saint George Musical theater and Brigham's Playhouse asking her to try out and to give thought to where her career will go from here.  The comment was made that she was already college level, and one even went on to say that he preferred Kimball's performance to Heather Headley's who played Aida on Broadway!  Even as her mother, already knowing how talented she was, I was blown away, as was almost everyone who congratulated us after the show. I had to remind myself and all of them that she is only 15 years old, and other than vocal lessons and continuing on in theater and graduating High School she has no plans.
Thank you to all of the friends and family who went out of their way to come and support her. Especially Grandpa Woodstock who not only helped her as her accompanist at her audition, but attended every performance and even helped me set up the lobby display every night before the show!

These 4 sure put on an amazing production.  Ani Rogers- Director, Courtney Pearce- Choreographer,  Joe Woolf - Musical Director,  Mike Winslow- Orchestra. Their collaborated effort had a tremendous outcome.  The lighting, music, dancing, props and scene changes were some of the best I have seen.  I am excited that my kids get to work with them through their high school years.

Amber was an important reason why this production was a success, from her support of Kimball to the amazing lobby display, and attendance at every performance.
