Playing Aida was a dream role and experience Kimball will never forget! No one could have played the part better, and both her and I were approached by the producer of Tuacahn, and the directors of Saint George Musical theater and Brigham's Playhouse asking her to try out and to give thought to where her career will go from here. The comment was made that she was already college level, and one even went on to say that he preferred Kimball's performance to Heather Headley's who played Aida on Broadway! Even as her mother, already knowing how talented she was, I was blown away, as was almost everyone who congratulated us after the show. I had to remind myself and all of them that she is only 15 years old, and other than vocal lessons and continuing on in theater and graduating High School she has no plans.
