Selling our home

After listening to conference in April, Garrett and I both had the impression to get out of debt, move to Pine Valley and start preparing for the Saviors coming. It has been a whirlwind. As soon as President Barney found out we were thinking of moving, Garrett was released as Bishop. It was very sad. We told him it could be a year before our house sales in our price range, but he said as soon as ward members find out we are moving it’s best to be released. We felt the loss of the mantle keenly. It suddenly felt like everything was going wrong. We doubted ourselves and our decision, especially when 3 months later our house had only shown 4 times with no offers. But Heavenly Father knew what our family was going to be going through and selling wasn’t an option yet. He is aware of us. We have gone through some major trials this year, and maybe that is why he needed to be released. We hope to have some clarity soon.
