Kody Receives the Priesthood

 I can't believe my little boy is 12.  It was so special to have all the men in my life there when Kody was ordained.  His first time passing the sacrament was on our family vacation to Island Park, Idaho.  The ward has so many visitors that they have a sacrament table in the front and the back and there were 35 young men passing to people in the chapel, cultural hall and about 6 rooms in other parts of the building.   Kody was really nervous, but with 1 tray in each hand walked the halls and classrooms passing the sacrament.  I guess another young man had been asked to pass the sacrament, and his mom said "we are on vacation so he doesn't need to pass."  A man got up later to bear his testimony and said "You never take a vacation from the priesthood."  This was a great learning experience for Kody.
