Getaway

Our wonderful parents took care of the kids over night (divide and conquer) and Garrett and I headed to "our vacation spot" in Zion. We have a lot of history here, and love to reminisce and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We honeymooned here 12 years ago, and come back every year or so. The manager even told us next time he will give us the pool keys so we can swim whenever we want even after we have checked out for the day and are hiking Zion.

We told the kids we saw all of this happening on our trip. You should have seen the look of awe on their faces! They believed us for a while and then saw us in the pictures and the gag was up.

Yummy dinner, walking hand and hand through the shops, Movie at the Imax, Night alone and sleeping in until 8:30.
